This product is the best option when you have an exact idea about the product you want to conclude a lease contract for and the investment amount. We set the term together with you. In doing so, we take into account the economic life cycle of your equipment. You conclude a contract via our Atlance Partner for the desired investment. The total investment amount is translated into fixed monthly lease amounts. Because these amounts are fixed you will not be unpleasantly surprised and your budget excesses belong to the past.
 

Atlance Plan ICT Lease

This product is your best option if you do not exactly know which resources you will need in the years ahead. Together with you the Atlance Partner will make an estimate of the total sum of investments. This is translated into fixed monthly lease amounts. Invoicing starts on the contract’s effective date. It will give you enough financial room without having to know in advance what you are going to spend it on. A certain period is agreed for you to make the investment. Then you are free to decide what you buy and when.
 

Atlance ICT Project Lease

This product is your best option if you want to buy a lot of equipment in a short period of time but you are not exactly sure how much and of which type. Together with you the Atlance Partner will make an estimate of the capital. You will be granted a credit facility. Then the duration of the implementation process is set. It is a variable term decided together with you. You get the required equipment from the Atlance Partner. This is the basis of the monthly lease amounts. Your monthly amounts only refer to what has actually been supplied. That is how you keep the costs of your project completely under control. If all the investments are finished, the Project Lease agreement is replaced by an ICT Lease agreement. It will be based on the final capital.
 

Atlance Sale and Leaseback

With the Sale and Leaseback option the Atlance Partner can cover your existing equipment by a lease agreement. Atlance takes over your equipment and then leases it back to you. This allows you to shift the financial risk and the care of all your equipment to Atlance. Besides, additional liquidities are instantly generated.
 

Atlance Refresh ICT

Atlance Refresh ICT is an interesting option if the core activity strongly depends on the use of the newest equipment. With this option, which is part of the lease contract,you can let the Atlance Partner exchange the previously agreed part of the total lease contract by equipment with a more modern technology every six months. This will allow your organisation, for the same cost price, to have the latest technology available at all time.
